    A storefront at your-⁠store.shopimy.store with ready-made themes. Add products with variants, images, categories, brands and stock tracking.

  • Connect Your Own Domain

    Give your store a professional identity with your own custom domain. Add one DNS record for your www address (e.g. www.yourbrand.com) at your domain provider, and Shopimy verifies it and sets up HTTPS for you.

  • Order and customer management

    Every order in one list with filters and a timeline. Confirm, cancel and track payment and fulfillment, and keep a record of your customers.

  • Cash on delivery and online payments

    Cash on delivery is on by default. Accept bank transfers with receipt upload, or connect your own account with supported providers such as Stripe, PayTabs, Tap, Paymob, Tabby and Tamara.

  • Shipping and fulfillment

    Shipping zones by country, region or city, with your own prices, free-shipping thresholds and store pickup. Add the carrier and tracking number for each order.

  • Discounts and coupons

    Coupon codes and automatic promotions: percentage or fixed amounts, buy X get Y, and free shipping, with usage limits and dates.

  • Abandoned-cart recovery

    See carts that were left before checkout, share a recovery link with the shopper, or send email reminders to shoppers who opted in.

    Order value, net sales and the money actually paid, compared with the previous period, plus best sellers, daily summaries and CSV export.

From sign-up to your first order

  1. Create an account

    Sign up with your name, email and a password.

  2. Set up your store and add products

    Choose your store name, address, language, currency and theme, then add your products.

  3. Configure delivery and payments

    Set your shipping zones and prices, keep cash on delivery or add bank transfer and online payments.

  4. Publish and start receiving orders

    Share your store link. Orders arrive in your dashboard, ready to confirm and fulfill.

EGP 2 per order

No monthly subscription — you pay according to the number of orders.

  • Creating and setting up your store is free.
  • Add up to 10 active products before your first successful top-up.
  • The minimum wallet top-up is EGP 100 per top-up.
  • After your first successful top-up of EGP 100 or more, you can add more than 10 products and connect your own domain.
  • You need a balance of at least EGP 2 to receive a new order.

Order fees are deducted from your Shopimy wallet balance, never from your customers’ payments.

Your first successful top-up unlocks more products and your own domain permanently, even if your balance later reaches zero. Receiving new orders still requires enough available balance.

Shopimy’s fees and wallet are in Egyptian pounds (EGP), whatever currency your store sells in: the EGP 2 order fee and EGP 100 minimum top-up are charged in EGP. Your customers pay in your store’s currency.

Questions merchants ask

How do I create a store?

Create an account, then create your store with its name, address (handle), language, currency and time zone. You can then add products and choose a theme from the dashboard.

What will my store’s address be?

Each store opens at its own address, your-⁠store.shopimy.store, using the handle you choose. After your first successful wallet top-up, you can also connect your own www address (e.g. www.yourbrand.com): add the CNAME record shown in your dashboard at your domain provider, and Shopimy verifies it and enables HTTPS.

Which payment methods can I offer?

Cash on delivery (on by default) and bank transfer, where customers upload a receipt for you to confirm. You can also connect your own account with supported online providers: Stripe, PayTabs, Checkout.com, Tap, Paymob, Kashier, FawryPay, Amazon Payment Services, Telr, Tabby, Tamara and Adyen. Payments go to your provider account.

How does shipping work?

You create shipping zones by country, region or city with your own prices, optional free shipping above an amount, and store pickup. You ship with your usual carrier and add the tracking number to the order; Shopimy does not buy labels from carriers.

Does Shopimy support Arabic?

Yes. The dashboard and storefronts are available in Arabic and English, with a right-to-left layout in Arabic.

How much does Shopimy cost?

Creating and setting up your store is free, with no monthly subscription. Each new order costs EGP 2, deducted from your Shopimy wallet balance (minimum top-up EGP 100). Before your first top-up you can have up to 10 active products.
